Chris Hyde

Parent Governor

I am a parent of two children at Creswick Academy and have long been interested in improving young people's development. Witnessing the school community's deep commitment to its pupils has only strengthened my resolve to contribute.

In the early part of my career I worked in HR and recruitment within the education sector and on early academies programmes. I now manage health and education programmes for an international development organisation, where I currently lead business operations. This experience has provided me with a strong understanding of how organisations work, which I believe will be valuable in my role as a parent governor.
